About Michelle
Since 2010 I have been practicing somatic healing techniques, knowing that the mind-body connection is real and that for true mental health to occur, the all parts of the whole person need to be integrated.
In 2014 I was ordained as a Metaphysical minister. Since then I have conducted hundreds of ceremonies. All of which have matched the clients’ style and religious affiliation – including none at all.
Over time, my approach has become increasingly grounded, psychologically informed, and intentionally small-scale.
